Director of Marketing
As the Director of Marketing for Honey's Place, I was directly responsible for all internal and external messages. My accomplishments and responsibilities include:
Shaping and executing all marketing messages to clients, vendors, and the press.
Building cooperative advertising plans with our manufacturing partners.
Creator, producer, and director of web talk show "Honey's Place Live".
Coordinating all social media efforts including timing, content, engagement, and partnerships using multiple platforms and networks.
Writing all press releases and coordinating their distribution to various media outlets.
Oversaw the redesign and deployment of the new Honey's Place website.
Negotiate advertising rates with multiple publications.
Coordinate participation and establish goals for the company's participation in industry trade shows.
Creator, director, and producer of "5 Products in 5 Minutes" video segments.
Created the company's internal network for information sharing.

Wholesale Account Executive
Sold the Girls Gone Wild brand of DVD’s to adult retail stores. Developed relationships with retail stores from cold call through to on-going customer support. Used retail experience to advise clients on everything from sales and merchandising to employee relations. My accomplishments and responsibilities included:
Compiled a database of over 10,000 names of adult, video, tobacco, and liquor stores
Instituted the Girls Gone Wild “POP” program. The program included sales support items for GGW product that could be ordered for free by clients
Developed the Mantra B2B website
Negotiated FREE floor space, to park the Girls Gone Wild tour bus, at the 2009 AVN show
Coordinated 3 industry parties for clients and Girls Gone Wild crew shoots during the 2009 AVN show
Developed a promotional program in which the Girls Gone Wild tour bus would run a promo stop at clients retail locations
Created and negotiated advertising for industry trade publications including Storerotica, JRL Direct, and AVN

Hustler Hollywood
West Coast District Manager
Started as a Sales Associate at the flagship store on Sunset Blvd. Quickly worked way up to Assistant Manager. In February of 2005, promoted to Store Manager for the San Diego location. In March of 2006, promoted to West Coast District Manager overseeing Sunset, San Diego, New Orleans, Tacoma, Tempe, and Miami locations.
Oversee the day to day operations of 6 Hustler Hollywood stores
Opened 3 locations – New Orleans, LA, Tacoma, WA and Tempe, AZ
Administer all HR functions from recruiting to separation for over 120 employees
Train, develop, and motivate present and future leaders of company through coaching, training, and mentoring
Conduct weekly conference calls, with Store Managers, to keep them informed and focused on goals
Ensure company standards are met through regular store visits
Monitor traffic, conversion, and dollar per transaction and report information to stores and implement changes as needed to achieve company standards
Developed Store Manager training program used throughout the entire chain
Evaluate and recognize trends and make decisions accordingly
Ensure profitability by closely monitoring P&L statements, keeping close eye on discounts, gross margins, COGS, labor expenses, and net profits
Operate as key liaison between home office associates and stores
Implemented new operational plan to make more rounded managers and better operating stores
Experienced over 12% growth, in profit, as a Store Manager in 2005.
Work closely with Director of Retail and accounting to develop budgets on a quarterly basis
